Florida DUI Expert finds a bus driver was sentenced to a year in the Pinellas County Florida Jail this week after beating Felony DUI Serious Bodily Injury charges, the jury convicted him of lesser Misdemeanor DUI charges. According to the St Pete Times, the jury found no Serious Bodily Injury in the case where the bus left the roadway and crashed.
